ขอบเขตการรับประกัน Scope of Warranty

บริษัท คอมพ์ โมโต จำกัด (“บริษัทฯ”) ในฐานะผู้นำเข้า และจัดจำหน่ายยางรถจักรยานยนต์ PIRELLI อย่างเป็นทางการแต่เพียงผู้เดียวในประเทศไทย รวมถึงการดูแลบริการหลังการขาย โดยเป็นผู้ประสานงานกับบริษัทฯ ผู้ผลิตเท่านั้น ไม่ได้เป็นผู้มีอำนาจในการตัดสินใจใดๆ ทั้งสิ้น

Comp Moto Co., Ltd. ("The Company"), as the sole official importer and distributor of PIRELLI motorcycle tires in Thailand, including after-sales service, acts only as a coordinator with the manufacturer. The Company does not have any decision-making authority.

การรับประกันคุณภาพสินค้า หรือความบกพร่องจากการผลิตทั้งหมด อยู่ภายใต้ดุลยพินิจของบริษัทฯ ผู้ผลิต Pirelli Tyre S.p.A. (ประเทศอิตาลี) แต่เพียงผู้เดียว โดยมีเงื่อนไขดังนี้

All product quality warranties or manufacturing defects are strictly subject to the sole discretion of the manufacturer, Pirelli Tyre S.p.A. (Italy), under the following conditions:

1. ยางที่มีอายุไม่เกิน 5 ปี นับจากวันที่ผลิตตามที่ระบุด้วยเครื่องหมาย DOT ที่ข้างยาง (ไม่ใช่ปีที่ซื้อ) Tires aged no more than 5 years from the date of manufacture indicated by the DOT mark on the sidewall (not the year of purchase).
2. ยางที่ไม่มีบริเวณใดของเนื้อยาง สึกหรอจนเทียบเท่าสะพานยาง TWI (Tread Wear Indicator) โดยไม่คำนึงถึงอายุ หรือระยะทาง หากเนื้อยางสึกหรอจนเทียบเท่าสะพานยาง ถือว่ายางได้ถูกใช้งานอย่างสมบูรณ์จนหมดอายุขัยแล้ว จะไม่อยู่ภายใต้การรับประกัน Tires with no area worn down to the Tread Wear Indicator (TWI), regardless of age or mileage. If worn to the TWI, the tire is considered fully consumed and is no longer covered.
3. ยางต้องอยู่ในสภาพที่ไม่มีความเสียหายจากการใช้งาน เช่น รอยบาด บวม แตก ตำ มีรอยรั่ว หรือ บดยาง Tires must be free from usage damage, such as cuts, bulges, cracks, punctures, leaks, or run-flat damage.

การรับประกันนี้ ไม่ครอบคลุมถึงกรณีดังต่อไปนี้ The warranty does not cover:

• ยางที่ใช้กับรถมอเตอร์ไซค์ ที่จดทะเบียนนอกประเทศไทยTires used on motorcycles registered outside Thailand.
• ยางที่ติดตั้งผิดขนาด ผิดมาตรฐาน กับรถที่ใช้งานตามคู่มือ หรือใช้กับรถที่มีพ่วงข้าง/พ่วงด้านหลังTires installed in the wrong size, against standard manual specs, or used with sidecars/trailers.
• ยางที่ถูกออกแบบมาเพื่อใช้สำหรับการแข่งขัน ในสนามแข่งทุกประเภทTires designed specifically for racing on all types of racetracks.
• การใช้งานยางหน้าและยางหลัง ต่างรุ่น ต่างยี่ห้อกันUsing mixed models or brands for front and rear tires.
• การเติมก๊าซที่ไม่ใช่อากาศ หรือไนโตรเจน รวมถึงการใช้น้ำยากันรั่ว หรือสารเคมีอื่นๆInflation with gases other than air or nitrogen, including the use of sealants or other chemicals.
• ยางที่เสียหายจากความผิดพลาดในการติดตั้ง หรือ ติดตั้งผิดวิธี เช่น ขอบยางฉีกขาดDamage due to improper installation or mounting errors (e.g., torn bead).
• ยางที่เสียหายจากการใช้งาน เช่น การถูกทิ่ม บาด หรือกระแทกจนโครงสร้างเสียหายDamage from usage, such as punctures, cuts, or impacts damaging the structure.
• ยางที่เสียหายจากการขับขี่โลดโผน เช่น ยกล้อ เบิร์นยาง เบรกล้อลากDamage from stunt riding, such as wheelies, burnouts, or hard braking.
• ยางที่เสียหายจากการจอดเป็นเวลานานจนเกิด Flat SpotDamage from long-term parking causing Flat Spots.
• ยางที่เสียหายจากแรงดันลมยางที่ไม่เหมาะสมตามคู่มือรถDamage from improper tire pressure not according to the manual.
• ยางที่เสียหายจากอุบัติเหตุต่างๆ เช่น เพลิงไหม้ สารเคมี กรีด เจาะ หรือการชนDamage from accidents, fire, chemicals, vandalism, or collisions.
• ยางที่เสียหายหรือผิดรูป จากการขนส่ง หรือจัดเก็บไม่เหมาะสมDamage or deformation from improper transport or storage.
• ยางที่มีการดัดแปลง เช่น เซาะร่อง หรือสลักลายยางเพิ่มเติมModified tires (e.g., re-grooving).
• ยางที่แตกลายงา จากสภาพแวดล้อม อุณหภูมิ แสงแดด หรือไม่ได้ใช้งานเป็นเวลานานWeather cracking due to environment, temperature, sunlight, or non-use.
• ยางที่ผ่านการปะ ซ่อม สตรีม รอยฉีก รอยรั่วทุกกรณีTires that have been patched, repaired, or plugged in any case.
• ยางที่ผ่านการใช้งานบนเครื่อง Dynamometer (ไดโน่)Tires used on a Dynamometer (Dyno).
• ยางมือสองSecond-hand or Used tires.
• ความผิดปกติที่เกิดจากอุปกรณ์มอเตอร์ไซค์อื่นๆ บกพร่อง เช่น ล้อ แกนล้อ เบรก หรือช่วงล่างIssues caused by defective parts, such as wheels, axles, brakes, or suspension.

การตรวจสอบ และการอนุมัติการเคลม Claim Inspection & Approval

1. ลูกค้าต้องส่งหลักฐานรูปถ่าย พร้อมเอกสารยินยอมการตรวจสอบ โดยเจ้าหน้าที่บริษัทจะดำเนินการประสานงาน Customers must submit photographic evidence and consent forms. Our staff will coordinate the process.
2. การตรวจสอบเบื้องต้นจะใช้เวลาไม่เกิน 7 วันทำการ หากจำเป็นต้องส่งยางจริงไปยัง บริษัท Pirelli Tyre S.p.A. ขั้นตอนการตรวจสอบจะใช้เวลาประมาณ 6–8 สัปดาห์ทำการ Initial inspection takes no more than 7 working days. Physical shipment to Pirelli Tyre S.p.A. takes 6–8 working weeks.

การอนุมัติการเคลมจะมี 2 รูปแบบ

Two types of claim approval:

1. กรณีที่เนื้อยางคงเหลือ มากกว่า 80% จะอนุมัติเปลี่ยนยางเส้นใหม่ให้ โดยไม่มีค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่มเติม Remaining tread > 80%: Approved for a new tire at no extra cost.
2. กรณีที่เนื้อยางคงเหลือ น้อยกว่า 80% จะได้รับเครดิตเท่ากับเปอร์เซ็นยางที่คงเหลือ ซึ่งเจ้าของยางสามารถใช้ซื้อยาง Pirelli รุ่นเดิม หรือรุ่นที่เทียบเท่ากันได้ Remaining tread < 80%: Credit based on remaining percentage for purchase.

เงื่อนไขเพิ่มเติม Additional Conditions

1. การอนุมัติการเคลม ไม่สามารถขอคืนเป็นเงินสด ทุกกรณีApproved claims are non-refundable in cash.
2. การอนุมัติการเคลม ไม่ครอบคลุมความเสียหายอื่นๆ นอกเหนือจากตัวผลิตภัณฑ์ยางCovers only the tire product itself.
3. การอนุมัติการเคลม ไม่ครอบคลุมค่าใช้จ่ายอื่นๆ เช่น ค่าจัดส่ง ถอด–ใส่ ถ่วงล้อ หรือค่าขนย้ายรถExcludes logistics, mounting, balancing, and towing costs.
4. การส่งยางเข้ามาตรวจสอบ เป็นเพียงกระบวนการเพื่อให้บริษัทฯ ผู้ผลิตพิจารณาเท่านั้น บริษัท คอมพ์ โมโต จำกัด ไม่มีอำนาจชี้ขาด หรือรับประกันได้ว่า ยางทุกกรณีจะได้รับสิทธิ์การเคลมSending tires for inspection is solely for manufacturer consideration. The company does not guarantee claim approval.

1. ผลการตรวจสอบของบริษัทฯ ผู้ผลิต Pirelli Tyre S.p.A. ถือเป็นที่สุด
2. บริษัท คอมพ์ โมโต จำกัด ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการแก้ไข เพิ่มเติม หรือเปลี่ยนแปลงเงื่อนไขการรับประกันนี้โดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า

1. Pirelli Tyre S.p.A.'s inspection results are final.
2. Comp Moto Co., Ltd. reserves the right to amend these terms without notice.
