ลักษณะอาการที่ตรวจพบ

Symptoms

  • หลังจากการติดตั้งและเติมลมยาง จะพบอาการแก้มยาง (Sidewall) บวม นูนขึ้นมาเป็นลูกเล็กๆ
  • After mounting and inflating the tire, small bulges or bumps appear on the sidewall.
  • เมื่อถอดยางออกมาตรวจสอบโครงสร้างด้านใน จะพบรอยฉีกขาด รอยถลอก หรือเนื้อยางแหว่งบริเวณส้นขอบยาง (Bead) ที่ต้องสัมผัสกับขอบล้อแม็กซ์
  • Upon dismounting the tire for internal inspection, tears, abrasions, or missing rubber chunks are found around the bead area that contacts the rim.

สาเหตุของอาการ

Causes

  • เกิดจากความผิดพลาดหรือความไม่ระมัดระวังในขั้นตอนการติดตั้ง เช่น การใช้เหล็กงัดยางด้วยมืออย่างรุนแรง การปรับตั้งระยะแขนกดของเครื่องถอดยางไม่ถูกต้อง หรือไม่ได้ทาสารหล่อลื่น (น้ำยาขึ้นขอบยาง) ที่เพียงพอขณะขึ้นขอบ
  • Caused by improper or careless mounting procedures, such as excessive force using manual tire levers, incorrect adjustment of the tire changer's mounting arm, or insufficient use of tire mounting lubricant.
  • แรงกดและแรงดึงจากเครื่องมือทำให้โครงสร้างเส้นลวดขอบยาง (Bead Wire) หรือผ้าใบโครงยางบริเวณขอบยางเกิดการฉีกขาดเสียหาย เมื่อเติมลมยาง แรงดันอากาศจึงเล็ดลอดผ่านรอยฉีกขาดนี้เข้าไปสะสมอยู่ระหว่างชั้นผ้าใบของแก้มยาง จนทำให้แก้มยางบวมพองนูนออกมา
  • The pressure and tension from the tools cause the bead wire or the casing plies near the bead to tear. When the tire is inflated, pressurized air escapes through this tear and accumulates between the sidewall plies, causing the sidewall to bulge outward.

Why is this not covered by warranty?

  • This type of damage shows clear evidence of external force (Mechanical Damage) occurring during the mounting process after the product was delivered. It is not caused by material or manufacturing defects from the factory; therefore, it is not covered by the warranty policy.
